Shipping policy

We process and ship orders from our warehouse Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam or junk mail folder before contacting customer support.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days.

For orders placed and successfully paid before 6:00 PM on a business day, the processing period begins on the same business day.

For orders placed after 6:00 PM on a business day, the processing period begins on the following business day.

If an order is placed on a weekend or public holiday, processing will begin on the next available business day.

Please note that order processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Shipping Transit Time

After an order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is approximately 3 to 5 business days.

Actual delivery times may vary depending on carrier operations, weather conditions, peak shipping periods, customs procedures, and other factors outside our control.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship only to addresses located within:

United States

Germany

Orders placed for destinations outside these countries cannot be processed at this time.

Shipping Costs

Orders with a total value below $79.99 are subject to a shipping fee of $7.99.

Orders with a total value of $79.99 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Order Tracking

Customers may track their orders by visiting the "Order Tracking" page on our website and entering the required order information.

Tracking information is typically activated after the carrier scans the package into its shipping network. Please allow sufficient time for tracking updates to appear.

Changing the Shipping Address

If you need to modify your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us by email within 24 hours of placing the order.

Requests submitted after this period may not be accommodated because the order may have already entered processing or shipment preparation stages.

While we will make reasonable efforts to assist with address changes, we cannot guarantee modifications once order processing has begun.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided during checkout is accurate and complete.

Shipping Delays

Although we strive to meet all estimated delivery timelines, shipping delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Severe weather conditions

Carrier service disruptions

Customs inspections or clearance procedures

Public holidays

High-volume shipping periods

Natural disasters or other force majeure events

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your package appears to be significantly delayed, lost during transit, or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
